What time is Check-in/Check-out? Is early Check-in or late Check-out available?

Check-in is 3:00pm and Check-out is 12:00pm. If we have rooms available based on the type of accommodation reserved it is our pleasure to accommodate an earlier Check-in. Late Check-out is also based upon availability. Please inquire with Guest Services.

What is your cancellation policy for room reservations?

We require a 24-hour cancellation notification and all reservations are non-transferable. Please arrange cancellations by 12:00pm (local time) to avoid payment of one night’s room and taxes.

Do you have onsite parking?

Our onsite VIP parking lot is located adjacent to the hotel and provides in/out privileges for 30.00 per car per night. Offsite parking with no in/out privileges is available for 15.00 per car per night at the Century Shopping Century located at 2828N. Clark Street – 2 blocks from the hotel. This lot does not have in/out privileges. Parking is $15.00 per night. You can upgrade to our lot located at the hotel for 30.00 per car per night. VIP parking is based on availability. The charge will be added to your hotel bill.

Do you have fitness facilities, pool and whirlpool?

We do not have fitness facilities, pool or whirlpool onsite, however,  Bally’s Total Fitness – a full service fitness center that also includes a pool and sauna amongst other amenities. They are located one block from the hotel.

Do you have wireless internet?

We offer complimentary high speed internet access in every room and at the computer station in our Guest Lounge.

Do you allow pets?

We welcome pets (25 lbs. restriction) for a non-refundable $50 cleaning fee. If you have last minute pet needs there is a pet store steps away from the hotel. Pets are not allowed in rooms unattended.

Do you have storage facilities?

We offer complimentary storage for your luggage and even bikes the day of your Check in/Check out.

Do you have smoking rooms?

Yes, but we will be changing to all non-smoking later in the spring of 2012

Do you offer connecting rooms?

Our hotel does not have connecting rooms.

Do you have rollaway beds and cribs?

We have a limited number of rollaway beds and cribs that are available complimentary, on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please inquire with Guest Services upon booking your room for availability.
